Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when using the platform. This includes business and contact information when you create an account, lead and contact data that flows into your CRM through connected integrations such as Facebook Lead Ads, project photos and videos submitted through the platform by you, your employees, or your customers, and any notes or content you create inside the platform.

We also collect standard technical information when you use our platform including your IP address, browser type, device information, and usage data. This information is used to operate and improve the service.


How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Project Perks platform and its features, to route lead data from connected sources such as Facebook Lead Ads into your CRM, to generate social media content on your behalf when you use the Social Assistant, to send you service-related communications such as daily digests and post approval notifications, and to improve and develop new features of the platform.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not share your data with third parties except as described in this policy.


Facebook Platform Data

Project Perks connects to Facebook on behalf of our clients to route Facebook Lead Ad submissions into their CRM. Lead data collected through this integration belongs to the client whose ad generated it. We use this data solely to deliver it to that client’s Project Perks account. We do not access, store, or use Facebook platform data for any purpose beyond delivering it to the client it belongs to.

Our use of Facebook platform data complies with the Facebook Platform Terms and Developer Policies.


Data From Photos and Videos

Photos and videos submitted through the platform — by business owners, employees, or customers — are stored securely and used only to provide the services you have requested, including social media post generation and project file management. We do not use submitted photos or videos for any other purpose.


Third Party Integrations

Project Perks integrates with third party services including Facebook, Instagram, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zapier, and others to provide its features. When you connect a third party service your use of that service is also governed by that service’s own privacy policy. We only access third party platform data to the extent necessary to provide the features you have enabled.


Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you close your account you may request deletion of your data by contacting us at [your email address]. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request except where we are required to retain it by law.


Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we are committed to protecting your information using industry-standard practices.
