1. Agreement to terms
By using Project Perks, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms apply to both our self-service software and our done-for-you services.
2. Using the service
You are responsible for your account, for the accuracy of the content you upload, and for making sure you have the right to share any photos, videos, and customer information you submit.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The Software + AI plan is billed monthly and may be cancelled anytime. The Done For You service (The Trust Method) is a six-month commitment. Advertising budget paid to platforms such as Meta and Google is separate from our fees and billed directly by those platforms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by uploading unlawful content, infringing others’ rights, or attempting to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform.
6. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us the rights needed to publish and promote that content on your behalf through the service. The platform itself and our materials remain our property.
7. Third-party services
The service connects with third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, and others. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to help you get more jobs, but we do not guarantee specific results, lead volume, or revenue.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Project Perks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any active commitment period. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
