Job title example: Stone Fabricator – No Experience Necessary
Come join YOUR COMPANY as a countertop installer. We are a countertop company in CITY and install countertops for homeowners all over the area. We work with all different types of material for our clients. Our projects range from kitchens to bathrooms to fireplace surrounds and more.
HERE EXPLAIN THE ROLE FOR EXAMPLE: You will be working with another installer on each job. Depending on the job size, you might have a 3rd installer with you. You will be in charge of your own team and will drive you team to each job site. You’ll also be in charge of the installation and making sure the quality of the work is perfect and making sure the customer is happy.
If you have experience that’s great but it’s not required. We are looking for the right person that wants to learn and grow with our company. Some requirements are:
– Valid drivers license
– Ability to work between Xam and Xpm
– Experience installing stone countertops is a plus but not required
– Ability to show up to work on time and every day
– Willingness to work overtime some weeks (over 40hrs per week) which will include overtime pay
